This 60 minute evening class offers gentle movement, Reiki, Meditation & Restorative Yoga to help you (re)connect to your body & heart in a chaotic world. Come back home to you, release stress, and find safety within — in a supportive and relaxing space. Kelly will lead you through a gentle physical warm up, a guided meditation and journaling exercise, and end in a restorative yoga sequence with individual and collective Reiki energy healing. You can expect to leave refreshed and ready for whatever the day (or night) brings. Please wear comfy clothes and bring a yoga mat or blanket, journal, and water.
Kelly Wallace-Barnhill is a Registered Yoga Teacher and Reiki Master born and budded in Miami, flowered in NYC, and currently ripening in Los Angeles. I'm passionate about helping people recover their connection to Self, reclaim their agency, heal from trauma, and discover their truth(s).
